Practice Manager


Farhana Zaidi


The Practice Manager can offer help with your queries concerning the administration of the practice, other non- medical aspects and is responsible for the smooth running of the practice.She also helps the practice reach its goals through efficiently and effectively utilising its resources and personnel, whilst making sure that the employees are functioning at optimum levels. Ensuring that all aspects of the business and all its requirments are met is an important role.

Business Manager


Andrew Knott


The Business Manager is responsible for ensuring that the effciency of business operations. He also sets strategic goals for the future by gathering internal and external data to writes reports which asses the overall organisations goals against objectives. Andrew also supports the team in ensuring data held across the Practice contains accurate and high quailty information. He is also responsible for the genertation and analysis of clinical and non clinical information to ensure the practice meets the targets and clinical standards set by the Practice and NHS.


Practice Secretaries


Stacey Walsh & Lisa Dillon


They deal with all aspects of patient-related correspondence, out-patient appointments, medical and insurance reports. They are responsible for new patient registration, cervical cytology and childhood immunisation recall and can help with queries on some aspects of the administration of the practice. Both of our secretaries will deal with your enquiries and requests as efficiently as possible whilst respecting your confidentiality.

All members of the administration team have completed Information Governance Training (this involves training in various aspects of confidentiality and security of patient information and the Data Protection Act.) They have all completed training in Child Protection and CPR.


Reception Staff


Aqilah Islam & Maaria Arif


The aim of our receptionists is to allow you to make the best use of our services and they will try to answer any queries you may have. They have enquiries and calls coming from every direction, so please be a patient. When telephoning for medical attention, the receptionists may ask for a few details. They are trained to take essential details sympathetically and in complete confidence.
